Reminders from work iPhone still showing on my calendar

Hey guys, I had reminders on my work phone that I shared with my personal phone. I have stopped sharing now by they still appear on my calendar and I can’t seem to do anything about it.

I click on the individual reminders on calendar, but I am unable to do anything about it. The “delete reminder” button is not responsive. It seems to be a glitch?

I just want the work reminders from the other phone to go away so I can see only personal reminders on calendar.

Does it all make sense?
