I enabled Family Sharing on my iPad several years ago and have been able to use my Apple TV+ subscription on 4 televisions in my home. It has suddenly stopped working on 3 of the 4 tv sets. I am asked if I want to try a free subscription and cannot find anywhere on the tv app for me to sign in.


It works perfectly on my iPad and on one tv.


This happened after the latest software update last week, although I now see there is an 18.0.1 update available.


Any advice is welcome!

On the TVs it does not work, are you using an actual Apple TV box connected to the TV? Or are you just using the App on the TV directly?


If using the App on the TV only, then there should be a Settings or small cog icon you can access, and then on Users there to verify what Apple IDs are logged in.
