Calendar doesn’t show Contact’s ANNIVERSARY dates.

Why doesn' contact's anniversaries show up in my calendar? Birthdays show up just fine. I know this is an OLD issue. I know I can add it to calendar and repeat it (it doesn’t increment). It’s WAY past time to correct this, APPLE!

A birthday is the only date migrated to the Calendars app from the Contacts app. Other date fields do not do this.

To achieve what you want it will be necessary to add the anniversary date(s) manually.

The reasons why this is the case are in the realm of speculation, but you might wish to send you feedback to Apple: Feedback - Calendar - Apple
