Calendar doesn’t update an event in series to this event only

When editing an event that is part of a weekly series if I edit it. I have the option on the very first edit to edit this event only or all events in series Now after I edit it differently and now when I edit it again I get the option to have the choice again. I used to edit the single event and every time I go back into that event I would not get that prompt because obviously I don’t want to edit the series. Just the single event.

when I edit the single event ONLY I should not keep getting that prompt. I should be able to hit edit. Do my edits and hit submit. Without the prompt.
