Low frame rate while exporting videos using quicktime

Hello. I have recently updated to MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1. I run a 2019 16 inch Macbook Pro 2.6Ghz 6-core Intel Core i7 with 16 GB of DDR4 memory.

After the update, my video exports in quicktime done at 4k resolution, Greater Compatibility (H.264) mode, run a paltry framerate of 15fps. This issue was not present before sequoia update.

Could I please be guided to a solution/resolution of this issue ?

Final Cut Pro exported video come out pixelated / compressed-looking Hi, I recently installed the latest version of FCPX onto my new MacBook Pro "14 (M1 Pro chip) to find that my exports would have snippets that come out looking pixelated in the final export. Certain sections of the export would come out more pixelated than other sections. Refer to the screenshot I've attached below for a visual representation. Export settings: Format - Computer Video codec - H.264 Better Quality Resolution - 1080x1920 IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I've been exporting FCPX videos using my older 2019 Macbook Pro (Intel i5) using the exact same export settings for the past couple of years, and I have not come across this problem before. Would really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.
