time capsule migration assistant help

i just bought a macbook pro, and i have a lot of data and stuff on a time capsule from 2012 (i know, ancient lol) and ive been trying to transfer the data from the capsule to the macbook. i it was working pretty good at first, but then i had a power outage and had to start over. now it just says “mount failed“ on one backup and ”loading backup…” on the other. its been like this since last night (24 hours ago). does anyone have a way to help?
