Unable to create playlist on Apple music web browser - it disappears

Hi,

If I try to create a playlist in the Chrome browser for apple music it adds it but when the browser is refreshed it disappears.

If I add a playlist to the apple music app on my iphone it stays in the app but does not appear in the web browser.

If I access apple music via Sonos I see what is in the apple web browser version not the playlists I have added to the app.

How can I make sure the apple music web browser is able to create and view playlists?
