Heb via ideal geld euro 12.00 op account gezet om 9.00 vanmorgen , van rekening afgeboekt maar niet op mijn account geboekt. ????? Hoe kan dat???

I put euro 12.00 into my account via ideal money at 9.00 this morning,
debited from account but not credited to my account. ????? How is that
possible???
