Daughters Apple ID shows Fathers(organizers) information

Daughter received new iPhone. When signed up her information on her iphone it shows my name and icon picture. On her phone it won’t allow her to change it since she is a child under 13. On mine it shows accurate. How do I fix this on her phone if mine as the organizer shows it is as it should be?
