Folder Names not showing

For YEARS all my folders on my iPhones thru the years have Displayed the “Folder Name” above the folder! Now the names have just disappeared! I have a LOT of folders, containing MANY apps, I.e. Productivity, Security, Browsers, etc, and now they are gone! How do I fix this?
