Issues Syncing Apple ID Between Devices

I am having issues between syncing applications and services like Apple Calendar and Notes between my Apple devices.


For example, in my google calendar, next to iCloud, there is a warning sign which says, "The request for account "iCloud" failed.



Notes as well just does not sync between devices and I'm given this infinite loading bar:


I am upgraded to the latest software, and the two devices that I have are a 14" MacBook Pro and iPhone 15 Pro.


When I go to settings to try and find the issue, I have a notification to "Update Apple ID Settings"


When I click continue, the app just freezes and I have to force quit it manually.
