I keep on being added to annoying group FaceTime calls with mean people , constantly ringing and harassing me. Is there any way to dis enable a feature in settings that allows group calling?

You can enable Settings>FaceTime>Silence Unknown Callers and remove any of those people from your contacts. As Apple says “Calls from unknown numbers will be silenced, sent to voicemail, and displayed on the Recents list.”
