Changing Video Background in InShot on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’m currently using the InShot app to edit my anniversary video on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I want to change the background of the video, and I'm wondering if that’s straightforward to do in InShot. I’ve heard mixed reviews about how well it handles background changes, especially regarding quality.
