Aqara devices no longer available

Hello. I've used both apple homekit and aqara products for years and they've been great. Recently all of my security automations stopped working. I have reset all hubs including my homepod, I have even deleted my home and created a new one to try to reload my aqara devices but nothing has worked. They can be "added" to the home but I cannot access them or any of their functions. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

HomeKit accessories stop working when AppleTV is the Home Hub HomeKit is a black box full of swamp voodoo, with no troubleshooting tools other than “try rebooting everything” and “delete the entire home and start over.” That's like Windows 95 redux. Some people find that things work better with a hard-wired ATV as the active hub, for others only the HomePod makes it all function, for some it works every time, for some it just never works. It’s so inconsistent as to be incorrigible. Worse, HomeKit takes a relatively long time — at least several minutes, if not hours or days — to propagate configuration changes. It’s the worst smart-home system out there, except for all the others. Each problem case is different. In my config, if I enable my ATV4K as a hub, it gets promoted to primary since it's hard-wired, and half my accessories go unresponsive. I have to disable it, and let my HomePod Mini be the only active hub, which is a pain because I need the additional Bluetooth coverage that the ATV provides for certain accessories. Resetting/reconfiguring the ATV didn't help. Updating everything to the latest OS (currently 16.1) didn't fix it. I even went through the "delete the entire home" process a couple years ago, and I'm not doing that again. That's not troubleshooting, that's shot-in-the-dark guessing. We need to be able to clear caches, force HomeKit data synchronization, trace accessory communications, view log files on the hub(s), verify mDNS functionality, that sort of thing. When submitting this question, though, I notice that there's no HomeKit category anywhere. Doesn't exist. When is Apple going to treat HomeKit as a real product, and give us some good diagnostic tools for it?

Can’t add new Eve Motion to HomeKit I’ve had HomeKit running successfully for the last year. I have several Eve products (including motion sensors designed for HomeKit) that are successfully working on Apple HomeKit. I just purchased a new Eve Matter motion detector. Trying to install the device the installation does not “see” the custom name for my home and it tries to install to a default Apple Home, and not the name of my home. Note, I’m 100% running HomeKit devices, HomePod minis running 16.6 as Thread border routers. Everything has been working fine until I tried to add a Matter device instead of a HomeKit device. (Amazon was sold out of the HomeKit version). How do I install the Eve Matter sensor to the Apple HomeKit named home? Eve tech support has not been able to assist. thanks. keith

Cannot manage devices on Home app on macOS Ventura I'm wondering if it is just me, or is anyone else experiencing problems with the Home app on MacOS ventura? The new Home app redesign in Venture is really great, and the controls all work as expected. However, I'm unable to manage or configure any/all of my devices. For example, right-click Homepod tile > Accessory Details. Then, clicking on the Settings (gear cog) icon on the bottom right of the modal does absolutely nothing. This affects all devices from Lights, Apple TV etc. I'm experiencing this on 2 different M1 Macbook Pros running Ventura logged in to the same Apple ID. Managing my devices from the Home app on iOS works fine however. Any ideas on what this could be?
