Pro apps bundle for education: why does it take 3 days for an email containing redemption codes?

I don’t understand why my order was processed, and the email was, “shipped” almost immediately but it takes 3 days (OR LONGER) to receive the redemption codes. I find it odd how I can pay in full and receive the software immediately but when I use my discount it Apple acts like it’s gonna charge me without giving me what I paid for. Can anyone give me a tip on how to rush Apple to send me my codes!!
