HomeKit Secure Video not recording

Netatmo Presence has stopped recording motion events in Apple Home once I updated to iOS 18, tvOS 18, audioOS 18, macOS 15. HomeKit Secure video not recording. Live stream works.

Eufy live feed camera not working on HomeKit Hi everyone, having an issue with my new eufy tilt pro. I can stream and view recordings via the eufy app but HomeKit app only lets me view recordings if I’m not on the same wifi connection. If I try to view live feed on cellular or other WiFi elsewhere, the stream doesn’t load and throws unresponsive error. have tried this on all my other household iOS devices with the same result each time. any suggestions? Eufy point issue towards HomeKit.

homekit cameras not recording/showing activity For some reason, when I lose Wi-Fi and comes back on. All of a sudden, this week, my HomeKit camera’s will not record nor show activity. It’s on my circle view doorbell and 2 eve outdoor cameras. All up to date, iOS 16.5 and I have 2 Apple TVs and 3 HomePods. The fix is to restart Wi-Fi system then go into each camera and turn of steaming and recording and back on. But no way I should do that every time. Anyone else have this issue? I do have an apple trouble ticket. The cameras do stream live no problem. Just will not show activity notifications and doesn’t record.

Homekit live stream not working with VPN on Live stream from cameras never load when my VPN is on. Recordings work, though. This happens both on my iPhone 14 Pro and Mac Studio using SurfShark VPN. As soon as I pause my VPN connection, it all works.
