Random Shutdowns at Various Battery Levels on MacBook M3 Pro, No Battery Warning at 39%

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my MacBook M3 Pro where it shuts down randomly at various battery percentages (sometimes at 25%, 35%, or even 16%). The shutdown happens without warning, and when I plug it back in, it usually shows the same battery percentage (or slightly lower) that it had before shutting down.

Additionally, sometimes when the battery is at a higher percentage (like 39%), I receive a “Low Battery” warning, and the MacBook still shuts down, even though it shows that there’s plenty of battery left. I’ve attached a picture showing the issue where it gives me a low battery warning at 39%.

The same thing has been happening with my M3 Pro MacBook Pro and it's infuriating. I can't figure out what the problem is, and Settings reports normal battery health. I'm going to try to get to the Genius Bar (I have Apple Care +) to have it diagnosed and hopefully fixed, because I can't use this as a production machine if it's not going to be able to run on battery.
