For years I have indexed my photos with key words to make searching efficient. Since upgrading to IOS 18, the ability to search on a key word is no longer available. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know why the new search is no longer synced to key words and is there a fix?
There is no ability to search in my Photos app now. No search term will work. “Cat”, “Dog”, “Mountain”, “Car”,…Every search term turns up, “No Results”. This is a disaster. Thousands of photos and no way to search.
I use the photo apps in my esthetics business. Each client has their own album titled by their name. I have over 2000 clients and I’m unable to search their info which I’ve organized over the last 8 years. This has been detrimental to my business. Is there a solution to this HUGE oversight?
