Homepod minis out of sync

I have 3 minis in my living room and don’t want a

stereo set-up, but often the music streams at different “speeds”. The one speaker would be three seconds behind the other two.

I have restarted, unplugged, removed completely and reinstalled to Home, but it keeps doing it.

Any advice ?

I’ve got the same since a few days. Worked fine before for a long time. Now it keeps getting out of sync or even starts making sounds like the old school players did when the got in a bad place on the track. Kinda funny for once, but fun is over. Apple, go fix it 😉 you’ve got a digital broken record.
