Stickers not working on iPhone 16 Pro

Thanks for the advice! A couple of questions:

1. “Full reset” is “erase all content and settings”?
2. The backup up you used to restore is recent backup or did you have to go back to a backup from your old phone?

Mine not working either, used to work perfectly on my iPhone 12 Pro, but since upgrading to the 16 Pro it no longer works - I can go through the motions of adding a sticker and it appears for a couple of seconds before just disappearing. Such a pain!

This worked!

I was reluctant and annoyed to go through this process, but my stickers are working again. Hopefully Apple will be able to fix this via software update, however this method does work.

Thanks but that method does not work on the iPhone 16 pro. Issue is persistent with both methods. Stickers are not being retained.

Same. I was hoping it would be fixed with this most recent update. But it’s not. I must have had 100 stickers I created and when I got my new iPhone 16 Pro, none of them were there. So frustrating

Doesn't make any difference for me....still appears for 2 seconds then goes away.

I just updated to the latest OS (18.1) on my iPhone 16 Pro and the stickers still don't work :/

Updated to 18.1 this afternoon and same issue but my partners iPhone 15 pro max works fine! Wish I never upgraded!

Same issue here I believe it’s happening when you migrating to new phone and restoring from backup. I moved from 14 pro max to 16 pro and stickers disappear. Same happened to my wife when she moved from SE to 14 pro max.

I do also have the same problem. I bought an Iphone 16 pro yesterday and have migrated my files from my old Iphone 13 pro when I noticed that my stickers was gone and can’t save a new one. :(

I hope the developers will do something about this issue. I really love using stickers :(

I got it fixed. I had to take it to the apple store and they had to reinstall the software. Pain in the butt because then I had to reset up the phone, add all apps back to the homescreen, re enter all passwords, reset my iwatch, reset up all my setting, sync the photos and messages which took hours, but it's fixed. My one fatal mistake was not backing up my WhatsApp so I lost all of my messages.

You apparently can do this from home, but you have to download the software from a computer and I wanted to make sure I didn't lose anything...as you have read, I still did because I didn't think about Whatsapp

Has nothing to do with the carrier. I have Verizon and having the same issue.

Iphone 16 Pro max here and just upgraded to iOS 18.1 and still cannot save stickers to my phone
