I followed instruction but when tapping plus sign and then more, send later does not appear.

Problem solved. I was testing the ‘send later’ option. It was not available. I was trying to test this option by sending a message to myself. The option was not available to me. I then tried doing the exact same thing, but selected someone else (other than me) to send the greeting to. The ‘send later’ option was available. Problem solved!!

My family all have iPhones but I still don’t get a send later option. Do they have to all be on iOS 18?
I am OS 18, although my sister who I sent scheduled messenger text to doesn’t. I think it’s probably still buggy & working for some & not others.

I upgraded to IOS18. Send later is not showing up no matter what. Even if the recipient has an iphone. Both iPhone and iPad do not work.
I have tried several times it showed up once now no matter what I do it’s not there 😠
It only works on other iPhones and it’s not even sending until you go back and send the message manually. What a joke
