Passwords app not syncing with icloud passwords

Since I upgraded to IOS 18 the new passwords app has more saved passwords than are saved to my iCloud account. I have removed my iPad Air 2 from my account in case that was keeping it back. I have tried backing up and force sync in my iPhone 14. I cannot find the solution other than having to go through each and every password in the app again!

Since I updated to Sequoia and my 15 Pro Max to IOS 18 my phone does not sync the WIFI passwords.

My iPad which is also updated syncs just fine?

I have turn the Passwords app iCloud sync off and on a few times to no effect.

I've the same issue. iPhone 15 Pro Max and/or iPad Pro 2024 has more Passwords in the Password App than the Mac OS 15.0.1.

  • Added Groups from iOS devices are not available on my Mac
  • iOS devices have the same amount of passwords
  • Groups created on the Mac are synced to iOS
    • Passwords created on the iOS device within the group created in the Mac are not synced to the Mac
  • The Amount of passwords differ from what's shown in the Apps:
    • iOS overall amount of passwords: 470
      • Shared Groups 2 - Amount of passwords: 18
    • MacOS Squoia overall amount of passwords: 452
      • No Shared groups shown

For me it looks like everything outside "all passwords" is not in Sync (e.g. WiFi)!
