I have used Parallels with an Intel based Mac in the past and I quit using it because there were so many virtual machine issues. Now that I have a Mac Mini with M2, I would like to know how well Parallels works with this machine.

It works just fine on my Mac Mini M1 - so I expect it would work just as well or better on an M2.
Of course, you will have to run Windows 11 ARM - since that is the only ARM-compatible Windows version MS is putting out.
