Rip cd to PC using Apple Music

For some reason Itunes wouldn't recognize my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I couldn't back it up. Apple Tech Support said to download Apple Devices and use that. It worked and solved that problem.

But, It caused another problem I can' convert CD's to my iPhone now. I can't use iTunes because it says only podcasts and movies can be used in iTunes. Use Apple Music. I downloaded Apple Music for the PC but there is no where to convert a music CD.

I can't use iTunes, Apple Music or Apple Devices to transfer songs off CD's to my iPhone.

Any suggestions?
