Has anybody have the issue with location sharing without your permission? I just asked a simple question from an unknown sender “who is this“ and they shared their location along with photos. Come to find out it shared my location with unknown sender without my permission. Is anybody else experiencing this?

No, you have to approve sharing your location. You may have done that without noticing it or thinking you were only going to get photos.
