Voice memos, from the icloud off my android

I broke my iPhone and I couldn't afford it a new one so I got an Android. Now I am trying to get access to my Voice Memos. I can get into my cloud account but I can't find the bulk of them. I tried downloading iTunes Apple Music on the Android button. It seems funky, and I'm still not finding them. Can someone help guide me back on track to get my Voice Memo recordings?

Voice Memo Disappeared but Storage shows 1.3GB of Voice Memo Data I have recently discovered that most of the voice memo recordings have disappeared from my iPhone after I turned off iCloud (Previously I turned iCloud Backup on for a short duration for a phone switch. I do not need iCloud subscription since I've enough storage on my device). All of my voice memos are and should be stored in local iPhone storage. Currently, I see only last 2 voice memos). However, under Settings => iPhone Storage, it shows that Voice Memo app occupies 1.3 GB (see attached) of Data. But I am not able to find all but last 2 recordings in the app. There is no 'Recently deleted folder either (I've never deleted anything). So where can I find these recordings that are stored on 1.3GB of iPhone storage? Listen to voice memos in music app? In the past years I was able to record voice memos on my iPhone, send them to my mac, create a new playlist in iTunes, add the voice memos to the playlist, and then be able to listen to my voice memos in a specific order on my phone using the iTunes app. I tried this recently and can't get the playlist to sync back to my iphone. Can anyone think of a reason it doesn't work now when it did in the past? I've converted them voice memos to AAC within the music app but neither the playlist nor the songs will populate in my iPhone's Music app.
