All settings and filters suddenly erased on all tracks across all projects

That's pretty much the problem. I was working on a track and Garageband crashed as it often does, and when it came back that track was messed up (said it couldn't find the autosave) which didn't suprise me, but then I found every single project I've ever made on Garageband is now just a raw audio track for every single track, no settings, equalizer, filters, anything. It essentially destroyed 5 years of work, so I'm really hoping that there is some solution.
