Why are my Apple Music playlists disappearing?

I went to go to my playlists today and ALL of my music and playlists were gone. And that’s not right because I have been a paying customer for many years.

my music disappeared I’ve e gone from apple music to spotify multiple times and i always come back to all my music but today i paid for my subscription and everything but playlists are gone. all the songs, artists, and others are gone. the only thing i have is the playlists but they don’t have any music added. how can i get everything back? i’ve never had this problem before.
