Missing camera icon after ios 18 update

I just updated to IOS18 and now the camera icon is missing from notes.

It’s still in Notes. Tap the paper clip (attach) icon, then it will bring up options that include attach file, take photo, scan, etc

Same here. There are a few articles about previous versions that basically say ‘Make iCloud primary (didn’t help),’ ‘Re-install notes (dumb advice),’ ‘Restart phone (more dumb advice).’
