closed an unsaved numbers-file

I closed a really important unsaved numbers-file that I simply cannot start again because of the loss of a lot of information. I can still see the document in the little menu to select an open file when I double finger-tap the Numbers button, but I cannot open it. (I can open everything else though)

Is there anyway I can restore this file its really important
