Downgraded went back to iOS 17. Everything worked just fine. Downloaded public version of iOS 18 today, having the exact same issue with the Wi-Fi. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine ended up being a hardware issue. Had to have it repaired under warranty through apple. They never did tell me what the issue was, except that the wifi failed when they ran diagnostics, but was only on iOS 18. It was working fine prior to upgrading 🤷🏼♀️

Hmm, it happened to me again yesterday (without any crash). Resetting the network settings solved it again but it's a bit of a pain if it happens more often..

I think in my case the crash broke the network settings.
Hi, what do you mean by ‘reset network settings’?
For me this issue started after my iPhone crashed this morning (it’s on iOS 18.0.1). Since then the WiFi button is greyed out and I cannot turn it on.. :( Restarting the phone does not help..
