How to Log Conversations During FaceTime Calls?

My “friend” is turning friends I’ve know since birth against me by calling me and making up rules in a game so ridiculous you can’t even follow besides the people who don’t own the item. Since I violated the rules and got him mad he kicked me out of the GC so I have no more friends. I can’t make friends since I live in a small town.

How can I log what everyone says in a FaceTime call, I prefer it be a file or something with chat logs.
