I helped my mom migrate her google photos library into iCloud as she was out of google storage. I have synced her iPhone and iCloud libraries. But when I go back into her google photos to delete the pictures, it deletes them in iCloud/on her phone too. How can I delete them on google and keep them in iCloud?

Delete the Google Photos app from her iPhone and then delete the photos using the Google Photos website photos.google.com instead
