My twins are six years old, and their Apple IDs are under my family sharing setup with me as the Parent/Organizer.
One twin can use their AppleID to create accounts in apps. The other cannot. “Your Apple ID cannot be used to create accounts in other apps.”
I’m throughly confused by this, and cannot figure out what got messed up during the initial setup.
