Blank Page Before Home Screen cannot delete it

Before my home screen I have a blank page. It will not allow any apps on it and deletes them immediately if I try to put one there. Only Widgets will stay on that page. The grey part with 4 apps that stays on each page isn't even on this page, it is completely blank. It doesn't even show as a page under "Edit Pages" I cannot figure out how to get rid of this page. Any ideas?

Home Screen Organizing Hello, one of my home pages had disappeared. I had found other discussions about adding and removing home pages and was able to get to the page to add or remove home pages. However the page is not there and there are no little circles under my pages to add or select them. I also can not add the apps that were on the missing page. I appreciate any suggestions.
