I am unable to upload second episode of my podcast on Apple Podcasts

What that means is that other people can't detect your feed. You must know it yourself: if you've forgotten it then you can find it in your Podcasts Connect page. Without it I have no way of investigating your problem.

Of course I'm assumoing that you did create and submit a feed (or got a service to create it for you): if, as some people do, you constructed your podcast directly in Podcasts Connect instead of using a feed, I cannot access your information at all and so cannot help you. I assume you mean it's not working. You don't give any details to enable me to investigate. Please post the URLs of both your Apple Podcasts web page and your feed (the URL you submitted to Podcasts Connect).
