Apple one Premier wont share to my family members

I been subscribed for more than 2 year to Apple One Premier and started to share this plan with my family members. Couple of months ago I have realized that my family members have been paying for the subscription as well even dough i was sharing my plan with them. I have contacted Apple Customer support and they have been escalating this case for a long time and no resolution has been given as of now. Apple support has told me that my apple id is linked to another family member's group and that is the reason i cant share my subscription to my family members. I don't remember been in another's share family group, eve if this is the case then apple one premier has been charging that others family group, me, and my family's member too for the same sharing plan. It sound crazy. How can i resolve this? Does anyone has experienced something like this?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

  • Users can be part of one Family Sharing group at a time, and users can’t change groups more often than once a year. Child accounts must be in Family Sharing, and have a linked supervising adult/guardian group member.
  • Each Family Sharing group has one user that takes on the role of organizer. Only the organizer can invite other users. The organizer and the subscriber do not have to be the same user.
  • Each Family Sharing group member must have a valid and complete Apple ID. If they don’t have one yet, then they can create one.
  • All group members must have their Apple ID set to the same country. Expat family members may not be eligible.
  • The Purchase Sharing option in Family Sharing isn’t needed to share subscriptions. That only applies to buy-items like movies, TV shows, music, audio books, ebooks.

Users can see in Settings﹥[You/Your Apple ID]﹥Family Sharing﹥… if they are part of a group, and who are in that group. The organizer user can add group members by inviting them through their Apple ID. Users can leave Family Sharing if they choose to, or the organizer can remove a member from the group.
