Are you using the Numbers app? If so, export as CSV then on the other end import the CSV.

That's "manual" but quite efficient, unless you have to do it every few minutes or so.

There is no easy way to "automatically" connect Numbers to an SQL database.

If you're familiar with Excel's ability to query a database via SQL to populate a table directly, then no, there is no equivalent functionality in Numbers
