iPhone ProMax 10 speaker volume has diminished to nearly no volume at all for notifications and speaker volume. Please patch

Who are you asking to “please patch”? None of the users in this user-to-user forum can patch anything.
Have you tried adjusting the volume? It’s those 2 buttons on the left side of the phone. Adjust it while the HOME screen is displayed for notifications, and the volume in an app is adjusted with the same buttons when using the app.
