Purchase Approval from Child account - Disappeared/Removed - HOW?
Hello all
So, I have 3 kids on my family account, on all of those 3 accounts I had them purchase approval and whatever they wanted they was asking me.
I just notice that the last 2 weeks (specifically since 14th August now is 2nd September), the purchased approval was removed from 1 Ipad of 1 of my kids...
He manage to charge me with around €1.500 - €2000 during those 2 weeks. I stopped counting how much he spent because I was getting upset the more I was counting! Only on Roblox he had 3 * €240 among others:|
If you asked why I didn't see it for 2 weeks... well I was on vacation and overall I do not check my bank statement everyday, or my emails!
I have already open a ticket, and asked for a refund... lets see what is going to happen with the refunds! Hopefully I would get them back!
Now my questions is, how did the purchase approval was removed? There is no way to open a ticket with apple ask them! The refund request process is very easy.. you just mark them and is now in claim, but if I have a question what is happening? How can I ask?
Following the HOW it was remove the purchase approval. I believe this was done on 11th August when I approved him a Apple Arcade subscription. That is now showing that my kid has purchase and the rest of the family can access arcade due to the childs subscription.
Thats my only explanation/possibility, except if he managed to hack my phone!
HOWEVER I did NOT see any notification that by approving his Apple Arcade subscription (1st month free), it would remove his purchasing rights! Is this a thing?
Did I not read everything?
Or it might be a bug or an intended behaviour of appstore?
I don't mind paying fro the Apple Arcade if they are using it and that why I approved that!
But I still do NOT understand how the purchase rights were removed!
Can someone give me somehow some more information?
