How can I test a Mac power supply without a motherboard?

I somehow able to get out Mac power liquid cooled model power supply and found out that it's fuse is blown up and also a capacitor also which was connected in parallel with live and neutral input I have it 220 volt than it blown up

So I want to test it without actually installing it again in motherboard and all it there any way to check it just like we do in other power supply by Connecting green wire with black wire it's fan start spinning I want the same way to check it

Since only fuse is burn I will replace it
