Unable to stop Family sharing as a previously deleted account still shown as blank icon.

I have deleted child account and wanted to join my wife’s family sharing, however, I see a blank icon of a previously deleted account of my son and can not either delete it or stop family sharing amd its driving me crazy because I am unavle to find this precise situation anywhere.
