Can’t log out of Apple ID ; grey text.

I’ve got 2 devices, an iPhone and IPad, we also have family sharing between the two. iPhone is recently bought and has a child account, the IPad had an organiser Apple ID account : i logged into the child’s account on the iPad and we had restrictions such as screen time and ask to buy, I cannot log out of the child’s account now, I figured out how to turn off screen time for the two but is stuck on ask to buy as all videos I’ve seen need an organiser account ( which I cannot access ) I currently cannot download, install or buy anything on either devices as the ask to buy request is going to the organisers account. Any solutions?
