Not reseived Parents approve

Hi.

On my daughters phone we try to install apps.

Phone ask password and then write, that Ask Approve on Parents device.

But i have not receive any request.

My dauther phone include in family group.

I login with her account on

https://appleid.apple.com/

and see Email and Phone numbers.

And first in phone numbers i see my old lost number.

Second and third numbers ara actual.

But i have not request on this numbers.

Maybe i see in wrong place?

Please, help me resolve this issue.
