Sum of column showing up blank
The sums in my numbers sheet are showing up as blank. i checked and all values are input as currency, not text. why? this happens whether i do the sum of SOLD column or sum of G2:G9

It's hard to tell from your screenshots.
Can we assume you have "accepted" the formula so that it is actually entered in the cell and not just sitting the in formula editor?
Do you have any special formatting in that cell, with perhaps the text set to match the background?
