No Notifications on Missed Facetime calls

Every time someone facetimes me, if the call is missed then there is no notification. It always says "call failed" at the end. If I don't see someone facetiming me in the moment its happening or it the screen doesn't lock up on "call failed" then I never know when I miss a facetime. It has been happening since I got my iPhone 14.
