How do i remove this random from family sharing

My uncle who has an iphone like me was trying too make a family sharing and screen time for me and he messed it all up and ended up making me the organizor of a family sharing and hes not even it and we accidently added someone to my “ family” on it and it has the same email as me just my names spelt wrong i am a teen by the way but it gives me the option to remove it or leave the family but when i try it littertly doesnt go away i NEED to leave the family thing because my uncle has too put screen time on my phone
