After updating from High Sierra to Mojave, I no longer see BootCamp as a startup option on my MacBook Pro

On my MacBook Pro 9.1 after upgrading from High Sierra to Mojave on HDD formate in HFS+ I can no longer boot to the BootCamp partition.

I can see BootCamp partition in Finder and see the content of it.

BootCamp is not an option in Startup disk. It does not exist there.

Trying to restart using Alt key does not show the BootCamp as an option.

The distil list and sudo fdisk screen shot is here:

I would highly appreciate any help in resolving the problem.

Going through history in community I noticed similar problems solved with help from Loner T.

Loner T if you are still participating in the Community and would care to help I will be obliged.

Need my Windows.

Thanking everybody in advance

Marek
