Can I have a separate App Store profile in Family Sharing?

is it possible to stay on family sharing but have your own profile for the app store as far as purchases & app downloads go? sometimes the app store will sign me out of the Head of households account & i don't like having to ask for the password every time.

I am confused. With Family Sharing you use your profile associated with your account. There is only one.

From: Require a password for App Store and iTunes purchases - Apple Support

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Media & Purchases.

4. Tap Password Settings, then choose the setting that you want.

About turning off password protection

- You can't completely turn off password protection for paid items on your iPhone, iPad, or computer. On Apple TV, you can turn off password protection for both free and paid items.
