Whenever I go to shuffle my playlist, it only plays half of the songs that are in that playlist. The only way that I could play these songs is by going to them directly and selecting play. They do not show up when I use the shuffle feature.

After I couldn't find anything to solve this issue, I decided to download the Apple Music app through the Microsoft Store and this solved the problem.
